Biography

Born in 1940 during the Blitz bombings, Alfred was born in Leicester Square tube station to Lithuanian parents.

After his father disappeared during the war he was raised in a house comprised solely of women and was waited on by servants. It was during these years that Alfred learned manners, cleanliness and developed his love for theatre. During the war Alfred saw many plays and productions in the West end of London before setting off to New York as a young man to be a fine Character Actor. He had much success on Broadway until one fateful night that changed his life forever.

Whilst walking home a young actress they were attacked by 6 thugs who indented on mugging them and possibly murdering them, however Alfreds father had taught him to defend himself well after returning from the war and after knocking all the thugs unconscious he quickly became a local hero. His heroic actions were recognised by one mystery man in particular who offered him a job as a butler serving someone only known as the Vigilante. the Vigilante is a man driven by the need to restore order to the world.

He helps the helpless and every night the Vigilante is out protecting the good people of Manhattan. Alfred is responsible for everything in the Vigilantes life both day to day and superhero aspects. He looks after the Vigilantes estate which includes a collection of converted cars, motorbikes and boats which must be available at his master’s beckoned call.
